🧹 The Service & Cleaning

What is the difference between a "Deep Clean" and a "Quarterly Maintenance Visit"? Great question.

  • The "Clean Slate" Deep Clean: This is a full restorative clean. We move movable furniture, clean edge-to-edge, and use heavy extraction to remove years of soil.

    (You get this at 50% OFF when you join).

  • The Quarterly Maintenance: This is a fast, efficient "top-up" clean. We focus specifically on the Traffic Lanes (the open floor space where you walk). We do not move heavy furniture. The goal is to remove surface dirt and allergens before they grind into the carpet, keeping the walkways bright and the pile fluffy.

What exactly is a "Traffic Lane"? The Traffic Lane is the area of carpet that gets walked on 90% of the time—usually the center of the room, the path around the bed, and the walkway in front of the sofa. The carpet under your sofa is usually clean; it's the open space that dulls over time. That is what we maintain.

Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?

  • For Quarterly Visits: No. Please just pick up small items (toys, shoes, floor lamps). We will clean around sofas, beds, and TV stands.

  • For Deep Cleans: We ask that you remove breakables and small furniture (coffee tables, chairs). We can help slide larger items if agreed upon beforehand.

Are your products safe for pets and children? 100%. We use professional-grade, eco-friendly solutions that are non-toxic and safe for the whole family. We rinse the carpet thoroughly so no chemical residue is left behind.

💰 Payments & Contracts

Is there a minimum contract? Yes. To offer these exclusive low monthly rates and the 50% discount on your initial clean, The Carna Club requires a 12-month minimum commitment. This allows us to plan our schedule and dedicate resources to your home.

What happens if I want to cancel early? We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel before the 12 months are up, you are free to do so. You will simply be billed the difference on the 50% discount you received for your initial "Clean Slate" visit.

Does the monthly fee cover the first clean? No. The monthly fee covers your future quarterly maintenance visits and your VIP perks. Your first "Clean Slate" deep clean is a separate booking, but as a member, you pay half price for it.

How do I pay? Payments are taken automatically via Direct Debit/Card Subscription on the same day each month. You don't need to worry about invoices or cash.

🆘 The "Emergency Rescue" Guarantee

(For Gold & Platinum Members)

What counts as an "Emergency"? This service covers accidental, one-off spills. Examples include:

  • Dropping a glass of wine.

  • Spilling coffee or tea.

  • A child dropping paint or food.

What is NOT covered by the Emergency Guarantee? The guarantee is for accidents, not general wear and tear. It does not cover:

  • Old stains that were there before you joined.

  • Pet urine saturation (this requires a restorative treatment).

  • General dirt accumulation (this is covered by your quarterly visits!).

How quickly will you come out? We guarantee a response and aim to be at your property within 24–48 hours to treat the stain before it sets.

Can I add extra rooms or upholstery later? Absolutely. You can add a room, a rug, or a sofa to any visit.

  • Silver Members: Pay standard rates.

  • Gold & Platinum Members: Pay 50% OFF the standard rate for any additions.

I have a rug. Is that included? Rugs are treated as separate items. However, VIP members can get them cleaned for half price during any scheduled visit!
